Celebrating 100 Years!

We’re temporarily offering FREE MEMBERSHIP for YOU to join us in the Monroe Kiwanis Club! The COVID-19 pandemic has stopped our events, but it hasn’t stopped the impact that we continue to make in our community! It’s our 100th year in Monroe, and the time has never been better for YOU to be part of this dynamic service club.

What?

Kiwanis International is a global community of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time. Kiwanians serve communities in more than 80 countries, and we’ve been an integral part of Monroe since 1921. The results of our many local projects are all over town…you would be amazed at the impact of the Monroe Kiwanis Club in our community.

When & Where?

Our Kiwanis Club meets every Wednesday at 12:30 virtually on Zoom and socially-distanced at Turner Hall for lunch, social time and a short program.  Some past meetings have featured updates from civic leaders and news about area happenings and community events.

Why?

Make a positive impact in our community. Learn something new every week. Have lunch with friends, whether meeting virtually or in person. Listen to experts talk about community events and institutions. Discover shared interests. Laugh a little. Learn a lot. Have fun. Catch the energy of Monroe Kiwanis.

How Much?

Normally, annual dues are $120, or $165 for a couple. Don’t miss this opportunity for FREE MEMBERSHIP! Kiwanis International has waived dues for any new member who joins by Dec. 31 of this year. Join now and you will not pay any dues until September of 2021!
